My accomplishments for the MotoCross industry is to stay healthy, educated, and uninjured so I can continue racing throughout my years. I raced in the Mississippi State Championship and took 9th place out of 19 mini quads. I was unable to run full throttle and ran with only half of a throttle due to carburetor difficulties. Number of Times I Plan To Race During The 2004 Season
For The Year 2004, I want to race as many races that mini quads are allowed, local and out of state. How I Train For Upcoming Events Now that the 2003 race season has ended and 2004 has begun, I continued to practice on my track and other local tracks in my area. GoalsMy goals for MotoCross are to someday be a successful rider and becoming pro. I am still very young and have a lot of racing years ahead of me, but I want to continue racing and learn as much as I can with my years to come. I know that I am not as experienced as most riders, but I feel that I ride very well and would like for a sponsor to acknowledge me. I will not be a discouragement. I have not made a decision on
my future career, but whatever my decision may be, racing will be included as part of my career. Challenges My biggest challenge so far is adapting to the few riders that are included in the mini quad class. I wish there were more riders and more sponsorship for kids like me that make the decision to race a mini quad. If this never changes, that is okay because I appreciate
the sponsorship that does sponsor the mini quads and the riders that continue to race with me. Hobbies Outside of MotoCross, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I like to ride my bicycle and playing ATV2 on the playstation2. Also, I like to practice riding on my track and other tracks and consider it a hobby until it is time to race. Then, out goes the play time and
in comes the serious time. Sponsorship Information Why Do I Deserve a Sponsorship? I feel that I deserve a sponsorship because I have been working really hard for the time that I have been racing. I am a really good kid and do the best that I can. I listen to the people that train me and try my hardest to improve my
mistakes. Also, I think it would be awesome to have sponsors support me. I understand that it is an honor to have sponsors and in return will give my best at every race. How Will I Promote My Sponsors I will promote my sponsors by recommending their products to other future customers, bringing in more business. I will also continue to have a great attitude that will put an
impression on people thinking highly of my sponsor’s business and of myself. I will put decals on my mini quad to let my sponsor’s products be known to the public. Also, I will obey any other requirements that my sponsor may require me to do. What Do I Need Most From a Sponsor? What I need most from a sponsor is moral support, discounts, products and money to support my
racing. I really enjoy and love to race, but understand that it is very expensive on my parents. I would love to receive sponsorship and take some of the pressure off my parents. |
